NB Consulting is a French cabinet, registered in Bougival, specialising in US limited liability companies for owners who do not live in the United States. Most of our clients are French-speaking founders, freelancers and expatriates; we work in English where that is what a client needs.

How we work
The qualifying call comes before the quote. If your situation does not suit a US LLC, that is the outcome of the call, and it costs nothing. We would rather turn down an engagement than deliver a structure that creates a problem in year two.
Every claim on this site is one we can source. Where a rule is genuinely uncertain, or where the answer depends on a jurisdiction we do not cover, we say so and bring in a qualified professional in that country — mobilised case by case rather than presented as a standing partnership. Our registered agent is a national operator covering all fifty states, under a formal partnership.
Where we stop
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation. We are not certified accountants and do not certify accounts. We do not file your domestic tax return. And we do not promise an outcome that depends on a third party — the IRS, a state registry or a bank — because we do not control their timelines.
What we do control: the quality of the file, the accuracy of the filings, and the fact that someone answers when you write.
